Does Electric Muscle Stimulation Training Hurt?

No, EMS Does not hurt. The sensation is unique but not painful.

Can i do Bionic Fitness if i am pregnant?

No you can not do EMS if you are pregnant.

Is Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Dangerous?

No, EMS is not Dangerous. If you suffer from any pre-existing conditions and have concerns feel free to contact us to discuss more.
EMS is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electrical implant, have an acute illness, such as fever, viral infection or acute inflammatory disease or suffer from epilepsy. 

What to bring To your First EMS Session?

Towel and water bottle. We even supply you with an outfit to wear under the electro suit.

Will my muscles hurt after an ems session?

Maybe, Everyone is different. You’re likely to feel slight muscle soreness after a session.

What are the benefits of EMS?

Fat loss, athletic performance, rehabilitation and so much more.

Should i eat before an ems session?

We recommend not training on a full or empty stomach.

How many EMS sessions should i do a week?

You can only do two sessions a week with at least 48 hours rest in-between sessions.

Can i do ems if i am on my menstrual cycle?

Yes you can.
